I never ceases to amaze me the amount of rubbish that is offered to people travelling to Norway for the first time by different suppliers, tackle that is totally unsuitable for fishing in Norway. Crazy rigs, unsuitable lures, rods and reels that are not only not required but are totally unsuitable for the fish you will come up against in Norway. We DO NOT sell anything that is designed to catch the angler, looks pretty but is basically useless. All this crap takes up valuable space in your bags which you struggle to keep under the weight allowance and when you get out there you do not use it anyway. The fish in Norway are huge, imagine hooking three 30lb Coalfish on a string of Squid lures, what are you going to do ?. Something will give, your rod, the reel, the rig or your back !!!!!!!!!!!!!. Bare this in mind when choosing your gear for Norway.
